Tuesday’s Jigsaw Puzzle – Buddhist Temple

I visited a few Buddhist temples when I lived overseas. If you have never had a chance to visit one, I highly recommend you do. They are beautiful places, very peaceful, and many have a rich history. You don’t have to be Buddhist to enjoy the visit.
I got to see the Shuang Lin Temple in Singapore. It’s the oldest one there, but it’s age pales against the White Horse Temple in China. The White Horse Temple was built in the year 68, and was the first Buddhist temple built in China. Sadly the tour group I was a part of only got to spend about an hour there.
