Jigsaw puzzles started back in the 1760s when European mapmakers glued maps onto wood, and cut them into small pieces. Children have been using them
to learn geography and other subjects ever since then.
Today there are 3-D puzzles, puzzles of one solid color, and of course, jigsaw puzzles on your computer.
