Happy New Year! (Puzzle for Wednesday)

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Happy New Year! It’s party time, so here’s a puzzle of some of my girls out partying! Hope you enjoy it, but since you can’t see the disco ball spinning around, you’ll have to settle for the pieces spinning. (That’s rotating, in case you didn’t understand the clue, K.W.)
I’m going to go party until I have to hold onto the floor to keep from falling off, so if things seem a little strange on the first, I hope you’ll understand.
See ya next year!

Tuesday’s Jigsaw Puzzle – Frangipani In Water

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

I’m not sure what kind of flower a Frangipani is, but here is a picture of one floating in water. I tried to Google it, but it turned out to be a beach resort in Anguilla which didn’t make a whole lot of sense, then I found out they were a family of “bread breakers” (although why you would want your bread broken is beyond me!)
Now that didn’t make any sense either. This whole thing just had me completely puzzled.
I finally figured out that it’s a lesser known name for the common Plumeria. Now that makes sense.
